Washington Commons Bar in the heart of Clinton Hill considered itself a local watering spot. In a changing neighborhood, the bar experienced a multitude of issues from mismanagement and stagnant marketing. I was brought on as a contracted manager to take over day-to-day operations, stabilize cash-flow and ultimately handle aspects of a sale.
